All Proceeds Donated to Charity

Because accessibility should open doors, not create barriers.

At MYWCAG, accessibility is about more than websites. It’s about independence, opportunity, confidence, adventure, and community. Our belief that everyone deserves equal access to the world around them, both online and off.

That’s why a portion of our proceeds is dedicated to supporting charities and organizations that help blind and visually impaired individuals live fuller, more empowered lives. Many accessibility conversations begin and end with compliance checklists, but for us, the mission is deeply human. Every inaccessible website creates another barrier in a world that already presents far too many obstacles for people with visual impairments.

By helping businesses create accessible digital experiences, we’re also helping create meaningful real-world impact. The organizations we support focus on improving quality of life in tangible, life-changing ways. Some help individuals gain greater independence through mobility training, adaptive technology, and mentorship programs. Others create opportunities for exciting experiences that many people take for granted; outdoor adventures, adaptive sports, travel, recreation, and community connection.

From adaptive skiing and blind hockey programs to guide dog services, accessible education, and mentorship initiatives, these organizations help individuals build confidence, discover new passions, and challenge perceived limitations. We believe accessibility should never feel clinical or transactional. It should feel hopeful.

The internet has become a core part of modern life, used for work, communication, healthcare, education, shopping, entertainment, and connection. When websites aren’t accessible, people are excluded from those experiences.

Our goal is to help change that while also supporting organizations that create opportunities beyond the screen. Every accessibility audit we complete and every remediation project we take on contributes to something larger than compliance alone. It helps fund programs that empower visually impaired individuals to explore the outdoors, participate in adaptive sports, learn new skills, gain independence, and experience the same sense of freedom and possibility everyone deserves.

As MYWCAG grows, so does our commitment to giving back. We want to help create a future where accessibility is not treated as an afterthought, but as a standard; and, where blind and visually impaired individuals have greater access not only to the web, but to adventure, opportunity, confidence, and community.

Accessibility is not charity. But accessibility can help power meaningful change.
